Department for Work and Pensions consults on disclosure requirements

The statutory disclosure requirements have been on the agenda of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) for a long time. Draft regulations were initially circulated for comment in 2006 but then put on hold pending the outcome of the Deregulatory Review. Last March, the DWP issued a further consultation on possible changes to the disclosure regime.
