Preparing for 2012: consultation on auto-enrolment regulations

On 12 March 2009 the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) issued a consultation on the draft auto-enrolment regulations. The regulations form part of the new pensions regime that is expected to come into force in 2012, and that will also include the personal accounts scheme.
