In Brief
The DWP has issued a consultation on a further set of draft regulations that will complete the package of reforms introducing new employer duties which are due to come into force from 2012.
The regulations cover the proposals for implementing the new regime, in particular the minimum contribution requirements, as well as the certification requirements for qualifying schemes.
Next Steps
Employers need to be aware of the proposals, and start considering any changes that may need to be made to scheme design, scheme administration, and HR and payroll processes.
